How it works

KingSpot is public advertising space. Brands pay to appear in a ranking; the brand with the highest score is the King and gets the top spot on the home page.

Scoring

Every paid bid adds points equal to its amount in cents. Points decay over time: each day, a bid keeps 95% of its previous value. Nobody stays on top forever with a single payment.

score = Σ amount × 0.95^(days since payment)

Bidding

• Minimum bid: $1.
• Anyone can create a brand or boost an existing one.
• New brands are reviewed before they appear. Rejected brands are refunded in full.
• Bids are not refunded when you lose your position.
