Terms of Service

KingSpot sells advertising space. Payments purchase visibility in a public ranking and nothing else; this is not a game, bet or lottery, and no prize is awarded.

Payments and refunds

Payments are non-refundable when your brand loses its position, since the ranking changes by design. If we reject your brand, all of its paid bids are refunded in full.

Content

We may reject or remove any brand at our discretion, including casinos, adult content, scams, hateful content and malicious URLs.
